「楽しいこと、どこにあるかな？」
そんな声が聞こえてきそうな、カクカクしたシルエットのオバケたち。 それが、僕が作っている OBAKE WORKS です。
彼らは、毎日をただ過ごしているわけではありません。 日常の何気ない隙間や、机の隅っこ、あるいは誰かのポケットの中。 そこにある「小さな楽しい」を見つけるために、あちこちを彷徨（さまよ）っています。
僕が彼らを幾何学的（カクカク）なデザインにしたのは、 「境界線」をはっきりさせたかったから。
柔らかくて実体がないはずのオバケが、鋭いエッジを持ってそこに存在する。 そのアンバランスさが、忙しい日常の中で忘れがちな「遊び心」を思い出させてくれるような気がしています。
試行錯誤を繰り返して生まれた、このカタチ。 彼らがあなたの元へ辿り着いたとき、どんな「楽しい」を一緒に見つけてくれるでしょうか。
今日もどこかで、カクカクオバケは彷徨っています。 最高の「楽しい」に出会うために。
“Where can I find something fun?”
With their distinct geometric silhouettes, you can almost hear them whispering. These are the ghosts of OBAKE WORKS.
They aren’t just sitting around. Whether it’s in the tiny gaps of daily life, the corner of a desk, or tucked away in someone’s pocket—they are constantly wandering in search of those small moments of “fun.”
I chose to give them a sharp, geometric design because I wanted to define their “boundaries.”
A ghost, which is supposed to be soft and formless, exists there with sharp edges. I feel that this imbalance serves as a reminder of the “playfulness” we often forget in our busy lives.
These shapes were born through endless trial and error. When one of these ghosts finally finds its way to you, what kind of “fun” will you discover together?
Even today, the geometric ghosts are wandering somewhere. All to encounter the ultimate “fun.”
